We manage our concession through an integrated, low-impact forestry cycle governed by official licensing standards (RKUPH/RKT). Combining artificial regeneration (THPB) with detailed micro-planning, our process spans zero-fire land preparation, nursery cultivation, active maintenance, and Reduced Impact Logging (RIL), ensuring every harvest protects long-term ecological balance.

Science-Based Forestry
Producing up to 7 million premium grade seedlings monthly, split evenly between 3.5 million Acacia crassicarpa and 3.5 million Eucalyptus. The operation is supported by advanced nursery facilities equipped with Water Treatment Plants (WTP), automated misting systems, and mother plant installations.
Peatland & Water Management
Safeguarding peatland ecosystem protection functions while enforcing disciplined water management to maintain soil moisture and continuously monitoring Kapuas River Basin hydrology.
Traceability, Logistics, & Safety
Deploying semimechanized and mechanized Reduced Impact Logging (RIL) alongside controlled road and canal infrastructure. Operations are supported on site by Manggala Agni firefighting teams, Fire Care Community (MPA) units, occupational health cadres, and fully verified timber legal compliance under SVLK and top rated PHPL standards.
